Is this a way to die?

The rain washed streets still bear,
a few remnants of the carnage..
Burnt tyres, splintered glass,blood soaked shoes.
Also may be some broken dreams,
some unfulfilled promises,
unfinished conversations,
goodbyes to loved ones, not uttered.
The rains will wash them all,eventually.
People are again out on their daily routine.
Traffic on the roads will get in a snarl very soon..
Life will go back to its mad rhythm..
We will all smile,love,fight,eat and sleep..
But for whatever life is worth living for,
Is this a way to die?
