For You

For you ,
I will leave behind
lots of love
small bits of regret
and some of my poetry.
Read them at your leisure
when you find some time.
Read them ,
they are for you
in their entirety .
Feel them
beyond the letters and words
that stare at you
with the immense longing
to be understood.
And if they resonate
some where within you,
remember me
with a wry smile
playing on your lips .
I will understand
that you have understood.
